Permanent Alimony is Unjust

This blog is for those that feel that an award of permanent alimony is not only unjust but it is also involuntary servitude...otherwise known as slavery, which was abolished with the 13th amendment of the United States Constitution.

I am sure that there will be many more posts here, so be sure to make your opinions count. This word needs to be spread.

I would ask that you keep your posts here related to the subject of only Permanent Alimony, as other forms of alimony are not the main issue of this blog, as they are usually classifed as temporary or lump sum.

The issue here is Permanent, meaning for life, or until the ex-spouse that is receiving it is remarried, and in some states like Florida, where they co-habitate to offset expenses.
